Introduction
The Blended Intensive Programme in Entrepreneurship & Technology Transfer, coordinated by Hellenic Mediterranean University (Crete, Greece), guides students from idea to venture. Combining online sessions with a hands-on week in Crete, it covers customer discovery, technology transfer, IP, and pitching, earning 3 ECTS.Open to all academic backgrounds, it is a chance to build real entrepreneurial skills alongside students from partner universities.
Learning Objectives

Understand the innovation process and apply methods for practicing Technology Entrepreneurship

Understand evidence-based entrepreneurship, identify real problems, and assess the value of intrapreneurship

Conduct marketplace conversations using customer archetypes and personas to refine ideas

Articulate ideas through design thinking, implement them using SCRUM, and craft an Evidence-Based Pitch Deck
